Lake Mary Township Monthly Meeting

January 10, 2017

Meeting was called to order by James with the pledge to the flag at 7:30pm.

Motion by James to approve agenda with additions, 2^nd by Donna.  Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve the bills in the amount of $7,756.86 by James, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve minutes by Dean, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve the Treasurers report by James, 2^nd by Dean. Motion carried 3-0

Road Discussion – Nemec Estates

Filings are open until January 16^th, 2017.

The board reviewed the new humane society rates and assigned Donna Hoeper  as the new contact for noxious weeds.

The board reviewed and decided to renew the contract with DeSautel and Associates, not to exceed $8,300.

Discussion regarding a ditch on Trousil Drive.  It will be looked at and discussed at the road review. 

Mail bag was looked at the discussed.

Motion by James at 8:28 pm to adjourn the meeting, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0
