The Board of Canvass Meeting was called to order at 9:08 PM with the following members in attendance: James Schmidt, Max Radil, Pete Fernholz, Sue Hanson, and Christy Tvrdik.
The unofficial election results were reviewed. Lake Mary Township had a total of 21 voters. Max Radil received 21 votes for the Supervisor position, there were 0 write-in votes. Christy Tvrdik received 21 votes for the Treasurer position, there were 0 write-in votes. There were 0 spoiled ballots.
A motion was made by James Schmidt to declare the election results of Max Radil, Supervisor, and Christy Tvrdik, official, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the LMT Board, James Schmidt motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:09 PM, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 2-0.
