The Lake Mary Township monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman, James Schmidt, with the pledge to the flag at 7:00 PM
Members present: Supervisors: James Schmidt, Donna Hoeper, and Pete Fernholz;
Clerk, Sue Hanson, and Treasurer, Christy Tvrdik.
A Motion was made by Donna Hoeper to approve the agenda with 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve disbursements and claims #5583-5605 and PERA0321 in the amount of $26,385.43, 2nd by Donna Hoeper. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made to approve the February 2021 minutes with punctuation correction by Donna Hoeper, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by Donna Hoeper to approve the 2021 Board of Audit Minutes with the words, for accuracy added, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by Donna Hoeper to approve the 2021 Board of Canvas Minutes, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
TREASURERS REPORT: LMT has a balance of $865,762.33 There are no outstanding checks. A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the Treasures report as read, 2nd by Donna Hoeper. Motion carried 3-0.

ROAD DISCUSSION:
Schedule 2021 road review: Road review scheduled for April 17, 2021, @ 8:00 AM
Complaint Chickadee Ln: A complaint of road conditions was received by a resident on Chickadee Ln. The board will look at road conditions at the annual road review.
Accessing sewer hook-ups: A discussion was had regarding cutting into LMT tar roads to access the sewer main for new hook-ups. Alternative methods are being looked into and will be addressed at the April meeting. LMT will invite the developers from the Lake Andrew 3rd addition to attend the April meeting for further discussion.
OLD BUSINESS:
Sewer hook-up on assessed parcels: If parcels have been previously assessed for the ALASD sewer, they will not be subject to hook-up or SAC fee.
NEW BUSINESS
Summary of 2022 Town Taxes Voted: Summary of 2022 Town Taxes voted were reviewed.
Cancelation of MAT in-person Spring Short Courses: The MAT in-person Spring Short Courses have been canceled and will be offered via ZOOM.
MAT officer list: The MAT officer list was reviewed and updated
Reorganization meeting: The reorganization Meeting will be held April 13, 2021, @ 6:00 PM, before the regular monthly meeting.
April meeting-April 13 @ 7:00 PM: Next monthly meeting, April 13, 2021 @ 7:00 PM.
Board of Appeal Meeting Apr 19, 2021, @ 9 AM: The 2021 Board of Appeal Meeting will be held Apr 19, 2021, @ 9 AM at the Lake Mary Townhall.
Land Use Permits: The LUP's were reviewed.
Calendar: The March and April calendars were reviewed and discussed.
MAILBAG- The Mailbag was reviewed and discussed.
A Motion was made by James Schmidt at 8:29 PM to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Donna Hoeper. Motion carried 3-0.
