The Lake Mary Township monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman, James Schmidt, with the pledge to the flag at 7:00 PM.
Members present Supervisors: James Schmidt, Max Radil, and Pete Fernholz;
Clerk, Sue Hanson, and Treasurer, Christy Tvrdik.
A Motion was made by Max Radil to approve the October 2024 agenda, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by Pete Fernholz to approve the claims and disbursements #6332-6344, 941-2024-3, and PERA1024 in the amount of $20,957.48, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by Max Radil to approve the September 2024 minutes, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 3-0.
TREASURERS REPORT: There was one outstanding check. A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the Treasures report as read, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 3-0.
ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR: None
ROAD DISCUSSION:
Middendorf Approach: Max Radil inspected the Middendorf approach on Serenity Drive and approved it.
Culvert Long Lake Lane: Vehicles have been cutting the inside corner and driving over the culvert on the curve at the West end of Long Lake Ln. Jeff Runge will look at it and see if anything can be done. LMT will also assess the area at the 2025 road review.
Road agreement- City of Alexandria: Pete Fernholz met with Marty Shultz and Mike Weber to discuss the existing road policy with the City for Cross Country Ln., Sunfish Ln., and Sunfish Dr., and discuss the matter of the solar farm using Cross Country Ln. while the solar farm is constructed.
OLD BUSINESS:
General Election November 5th: The 2024 General Election will be held November 5th, and polls will be open from 7 AM-8 PM.
NEW BUSINESS
ALASD 2025 sewer allocation- The 2025 ALASD sewer allocation is $60,741.00.
Dangerous dog permit: A dangerous dog permit was issued by Douglas County for a resident on Little Mary Circle.
Land use/sewer permits: LUPs were reviewed
MAT-Annual Conference- December 7th-9th, 2024 in St. Cloud at Rivers Edge
Convention Center/ MAT trainings November 12th-20th.
Calendar: October and November calendars were reviewed.

MAILBAG- The mailbag was reviewed and discussed.
A Motion was made by James Schmidt at 7:23 PM. to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
