The Board of Canvass Meeting was called to order at 10:14 P.M. with the following members in attendance: James Schmidt, Donna Hoeper, Pete Fernholz, Sue Hanson, and Christy Tvrdik.

A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the 2019 Board of Canvass minutes, 2^nd by Donna Hoeper. Motion carried.

 Chairman, James Schmidt, reviewed the un-official election results. Lake Mary Township had a total of 34 Voters. Supervisor, James Schmidt, received 34 votes and Clerk, Sue Hanson, received 34 votes. There were no write-ins. A motion was made by Pete Fernholz to declare the election results official, 2^nd by Donna Hoeper. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the LMT Board, James Schmidt moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:18 P.M., 2^nd by Donna Hoeper. Motion carried.
