Lake Mary Township Monthly Meeting

December 12, 2017

Meeting was called to order by James with the pledge to the flag at 7:30pm.

Motion by James to approve agenda with additions, 2^nd by Dean. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve the bills in the amount of $15,090.98 by James, 2^nd by Dean. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve minutes with additions by Donna, 2^nd by James. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve the Treasurers report by James, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0

Road Discussion – E Lake Mary Road has repairs done to the ditch and culvert. Was inspected by supervisors and everything looks adequate.

Reminder of the meeting change for January 10, 2018 at 7:30pm

Township Mileage is 32.52 miles for Lake Mary Township.

Publication for echo press, filing for candidacy is open from January 2-16, 2018

Mail bag was looked at the discussed.
