The Lake Mary Township monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman, James Schmidt, with the pledge to the flag at 7:00 PM.
Members present Supervisors: James Schmidt, Max Radil, and Pete Fernholz;
Clerk, Sue Hanson, and Treasurer, Christy Tvrdik.
A Motion was made by Max Radil to approve the agenda with 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by Pete Fernholz to approve the claims and disbursements #6306-6331 and PERA0924 in the amount of $78,649.56, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 3-0.
A Motion was made by Max Radil to approve the August 2023 minutes, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 3-0.
TREASURERS REPORT: There are no outstanding checks. A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the Treasures report as read, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 3-0.
ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR: None
ROAD DISCUSSION: Jeff Runge will be removing trees in the road right of way on Sunfish Drive & Lane.
Road Policy: A discussion was had. A motion was made By James Schmidt to amend the Lake Mary Township Road Policy, adding 4a under the Lake Mary Road Profile, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 3-0.
Chloride- Long Lake Lane: James Schmidt requested the County place more chloride on Long Lake Lane, due to the high traffic load on the road from the construction on County Rd 4. Jeff Runge has placed more gravel.
OLD BUSINESS:
District 9 Meeting: Max Radil attended the District 9 meeting. Max Radil informed the board of the items discussed.
State Partisan Primary Election: Lake Mary Township had 134 voters
NEW BUSINESS
Election Judges for Nov. 5th election: Sue Hanson presented a list of election judges for the November 5th election. A motion was made by Max Radil to approve the election judges for the November 5th General Election, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
Wildung-variance: The hearing for the Wildung variance is being held tonight. No one could attend due to the LMT monthly meeting. A letter was sent voicing the LMT Board's concerns.
Land Use Permits: No permits were received for this month.
Calendar: The September and October calendars were reviewed.

MAILBAG- The mailbag was reviewed and discussed.
A Motion was made by James Schmidt at 7:59 PM to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Pete Fernholz. Motion carried 3-0.
