The Lake Mary Township monthly meeting was called to order by Chairman James Schmidt, with the pledge to the flag at 7:00 PM.
Members present: Supervisors James Schmidt and Max Radil. Pete Fernholz was not in attendance; Clerk, Sue Hanson, and Treasurer, Christy Tvrdik.
A Motion was made by Max Radil to approve the April agenda, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 2-0.
A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the claims and disbursements #6437-6462, 941-2025-1, and PERA0425 in the amount of $54,273.31, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 2-0.
A Motion was made by Max Radil to approve the March 2025 minutes, 2nd by James Schmidt. Motion carried 2-0.
A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the 2025 Board of Canvass minutes, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 2-0.
TREASURER'S REPORT: LMT has a balance of $ 1,165,130.52. There are no outstanding checks. A Motion was made by James Schmidt to approve the Treasurer's report as read, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 2-0.
ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR: None
ROAD DISCUSSION:
Open gravel spreading quotes: There was one gravel quote received by the April 8th deadline for the hauling and spreading of the township's class 5 gravel. The quote was from Runge Grading. A discussion was had. A motion was made by James Schmidt to accept the gravel quote from Runge Grading, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 2-0.
Open summer and winter maintenance quotes: There was one summer and one winter maintenance quote received by the April 8th deadline. The quotes were from Runge Grading. A discussion was had. A motion was made by James Schmidt to accept both the summer and winter maintenance quotes from Runge Grading, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 2-0.
Road review/notes- confirm date: The road review will be held on Friday, April 11th. Concerns to look at were discussed.
West Lake Mary Dr., Lake Mary Township, was notified by LaGrand Township that West Lake Mary Drive blacktop will need to be redone in the near future.
Turtle Trail sign: Complaints were received that the Turtle Trail sign is missing. The sign is on order.

Carlson SV-Audit: The financial statement was received.
FernRoth solar farm: Tabled until next meeting.

Douglas County Auditor- Nov Election Survey: A November election survey was sent by the Auditor's office. The survey was reviewed.
ALASD-Mn Pollution Control:
REA Annual Meeting: Max Radil is planning on attending.
Calendar: April & May calendars were reviewed.
Land & Resource/LUP: None received.
Next meeting: May 13th at 7:00 PM
MAIL BAG- Mail bag was reviewed and discussed.
