Lake Mary Township Monthly Meeting

March 12, 2018

Meeting was called to order by James with the pledge to the flag at 7:30pm.

Motion by Dean to approve agenda, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve the bills in the amount of $7,432.15 by James, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve minutes by Donna, 2^nd by Dean. Motion carried 3-0

Motion to approve the Treasurers report by James, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0

Items from the floor: Dean is informing the board that approaches will be updated on LodgeHall Road

Road Discussion – the board and Runge Grading discussed road conditions as well as signs that need repair. A suggestion was made to use larger washers when installing signs.

The 2019 budget was discussed and prepared for the Annual meeting.

Annual Weed Training will be held March 21, 2018 from 8:30-10:00 at the Douglas County Public Works building.

Spring Short Course training will be held on March 30, 2018 at Arrowwood Resort.

Mail bag was looked at the discussed.

Motion by James at 9:00pm to adjourn the meeting, 2^nd by Donna. Motion carried 3-0
