The meeting was called to order by James Schmidt with the pledge to the flag at 9:00 AM.
Jake Barvels, Steve Christenson, Appraisers, Supervisors, James Schmidt, Pete Fernholz, and Max Radil were present.
No appeals were requested, and no attendees were present at this meeting.
The Board reviewed the 2024 County Assessment Summary for Lake Mary Township sales from 10/01/2023 to 9/30/2024.
There were 10 home sales in LMT: 5 off-water and 5 on-water sales.
There were 32 agricultural sales in Douglas County, with none in LMT.
There were 27 commercial sales in Douglas County, with none in LMT.
LMT had an increase of 3.5 % in property values, and $6,591,600.00 in new construction
Douglas County had 467 good sales, 6.11 %. Change in value in LMT + $19,539,400.00.
With no further discussion brought before the board, a motion was made by James Schmidt to adjourn the Board of Equalization meeting at 9:47 AM, 2nd by Max Radil. Motion carried 3-0
