The meeting was called to order by James Schmidt with the pledge to the flag at 8:58 AM.

Present were Jake Barvels, Steve Christenson, Appraisers, and Supervisors, James Schmidt, Pete Fernholz, and Max Radil.

The Board reviewed the 2022 County Assessment Summary for Lake Mary Township sales for 10/01/2021 to 09/30/2022.

There were 19 home sales in LMT; 12 off water and 7 on water sales.

There were 25 agricultural sales in Douglas County with none in LMT.

There were 24 commercial sales in Douglas County with none in LMT.

LMT had an increase of 15.2% in property values

There were no foreclosures in Douglas County in 2022.

Douglas County had 511 good sales, -13.5%.

 With no further discussion brought before the board, a motion was made by James Schmidt to adjourn the Board of Equalization meeting at 9:16 AM, 2^nd by Max Radil.  Motion carried 3-0
